[Good, because it's easier to keep an eye on Sora and not have him fall asleep again if he comes along.

Roxas leads the way out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen. Like he said before, it's about the only clean place, the dining room covered in tools and engine parts. The living room can be seen through the dining room and is packed with boxes.]

For fall. I have different favorites for each season, except winter. I like coffee in winter.

Can we share?

[The cup, he means. Sora says that without really thinking. He's also following along behind Roxas closely.

[Share what? From the context of the conversation, Roxas isn't sure what Sora means. No saying yes to something without finding out what is being shared.]

[It's a cozy mess.]

Let's share the cup. Less dishes that way too.

[Sora smiles shyly. It seems like a silly request but it's out there now.]

[Sora, you're weird.]

Oh. Yeah, we can do that. I have a big mug we can use.

[Roxas opens a cabinet and pulls out a mug for them. Next, he pushes a button on an electric kettle to heat the water with.]

Do you want milk or sugar in the tea?

[Just a few screws loose ... It's fine.]

That mug is cute!

[Sora grins.]

Both milk and sugar? Er, unless you don't like it like that.

Right? I like it a lot!

[One of his favorites, because yes, sharks are cute.]

I don't mind it with both. It tastes a lot like a cookie with those in there.

[Since it's a loose leaf tea, Roxas takes a strainer out. A cat shaped strainer. Adding some of the leaves to it, he hands it off the side, making it look like the cat is napping on the rim of the mug.]

[Sora moves to sit down at the table and he watches all of Roxas' movement carefully. The items he uses ... Aww.]

Roxas... You're really cute.

[He can't help but smile and it's a genuine expression. There is honest to goodness affection in his heart right now.]

[Roxas likes what he likes. He'd love a pet, but brother says no, so he collects animal trinkets like this so there's something with animals in the house.]

Huh? Where'd that come from?

[Sora looks cute like that, but calling Roxas cute...]

[He props his chin on his hand.]

Just seeing the things you like. It's really cute. You're really cute.

[He wants to keep complimenting Roxas so much.]

[Already knowing Sora gets upset when he denies things, Roxas can only turn his back to hide the blush and bite his tongue. Unfortunately the blush is once again tinging his ears pink.]

M-My brothers calls the stuff I buy cute, too. Joked I should have been born a girl.

[That's not denying things are cute, right? Just not acknowledging he was.]

[Cute... He really likes seeing Roxas blush. And all because Sora says things.]

Well! You're pretty like a girl. [Sora laughs gently, okay that one was a little bit of a joke. But just a little.]

I mean, you're just pretty.

[The blush gets much worse, his eyes now a deeper red. Roxas busies himself with preparing the tea the rest of the way as he clears his throat.]

Pretty isn't going to get me far in life, but... thanks?

[If only he wasn't sitting so far away right now...]

You're still amazing.

[While the tea steeps, it was time to grab the milk, revealing just how much redness was all over his face.]

... [Can he try something?] Well, you're cute. And I bet you do things that could be called amazing. Why don't you tell me about yourself?

[Sora leans forward a little when he can see all of that redness all over Roxas' face. It makes his heart flutter. He wants to grab Roxas...]

Huh? Uh... [What's there to say about him? He's pretty average. The boring boy next door.] Um. What do you want to know?

[Roxas still wants to know! It's not fair that Sora knows so much about him and all Roxas really knows is that Sora seems to have a violent side to him on top of being sunshine.]

Hmm... what do you like to do? Outside of school? Any hobbies?

[For some reason Sora feels a little nervous about Roxas asking him questions. It's been the other way around so far...!]

Er... I'm on the soccer team. And I like swimming. I like music and stuff too.

The soccer team? Shouldn't you be at practice? Or is that in spring... [Shows you how much he pays attention to sports.]

Swimming's fun. What kind of music do you listen to?

Uhh, yeah! It'll be in Spring! We still have practice indoors though. Drills and stuff.

[Sora grins a little.]

And all kinds of music I guess. I like mostly everything. Especially if I can dance to it.

[That doesn't answer why Sora isn't at practice... Oh well.]

I'm no good at dancing. Two left feet.

[At least tea is done so Roxas can bring it over.]

I like listening to music while I sleep.

There's no such thing as being no good at dancing. Dancing is dancing. As long as you move and you're having fun, then you're good at dancing.

[He chuckles softly.]

... No thanks. I get laughed at when I try. I don't have the coordination for it.

[Though he can waltz. Don't ask. It's not important.]
